Policy of changes and returns. Free collection.
To change or return any item of your order should apply within 14 days after the receipt of the order and return the merchandise within 14 days after the reception in your electronic return mail.
The reimbursement shall be made within a maximum of 30 days from the reception of the items in our stores and then verify that the product has been returned in perfect state. The reimbursement will be made in the payment form selected at the time of purchasing your purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All items must be returned in perfect condition without using, and with original bags, boxes, labels and packaging. Please prove the shoe on a wet surface to prevent any mark on the outsole. If the returned article presents any disposal the acceptance of the return or change may be denied.
Changes and returns must always be accompanied by the return / change authorization report signed by you for identification in our stores. Changes and returns received without the authorization return / change report and its return code may be returned to the issuer.
All items are subject to quality control to detect damage or defects before making shipments. If you receive an item that is not in perfect conditions, please contact us immediately by email info-nordikas@nordikas.com.
Returns.
To carry out a return follow the following steps:
At the top of the screen go to "My Account". In the "My Account" table (left side) complete your email and order number.
Once you have accessed the order, select "Changes and Refunds". Choose the items you wish to return, mark "Return" and select the reason of the return to help us to improve.
Accept the conditions of our policy for change and returns.
Once your return has been received and checked it will be notified by email. The reimbursement will be effective every day after the reception and verification of the return, never within a time later than 30 days. Cancellation of the order under the DSR (Distant Selling Regulation) standard.
In accordance with the regulation Distant Selling Regulation (DSR), if you have purchased from a country of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order by written notification until 7 working days after you receive it.

For orders canceled under the regulations DSR you will receive a complete refund of the cost of the items and the cost of transportation. Once their request to cancel the order under this regulation, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the return, that you must introduce in the shipping.
All returned items must be in a perfect state and have not been used. The return must be made from the same shipping reception country.

Defective articles
A) Articles received defective
All items are subject to quality control to detect damage or defects before making shipments. If you receive an article that is not in perfect conditions, follow the process of change and / or return described above within 14 days from receipt of your order.
B) Articles with hidden defects manifested after its use
Hidden manufacturing defects that may be evidenced after use of the item. Please note that items damaged by wear and breakdown can not be considered defective.
If you detect any defect hidden during the 6 months after receipt of the item please contact us through email to info-nordikas@nordikas.com. Please attach the description of the problem and if possible photographs that evidence the problem. In the event that the article presents a default of manufacture, we will manage their collection.
The acceptance of a defective product will be carried out after inspection by our technicians after receipt of the item in our stores. In the event of a defective product, it will be processed if it is possible. If your repair is not viable, it will be substitute for the item for one exactly same and the same size. Only the return of the amount will be repaired if the item can not be repaired or replaced (except for import duties or taxes for Suzia, Norway, Ceuta, Meilla, Canarias and Gibraltar).
