The general terms presented herein are subject to that established in Act 47/2002 that amends Act 7/1998, of April 13th, on Contract Conditions, to Act 26/1984, of July 19th, for the Defense of Users and Consumers, to Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17th, 1999, governing telephonic or electronic contracting by establishing some general terms, to the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th, on Personal Data Protection, Act 7/1996, of January 15th, on Retail Trade Regulation, and the Act 34/2002 of July 11th, on Information Society and E-Commerce Services.
