THE REIMBURSEMENT SHALL BE MADE WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 30 DAYS FROM THE RECEPTION OF THE ITEMS IN OUR STORES AND THEN VERIFY THAT THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RETURNED IN PERFECT STATE. IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED SHIPPING BY UPS:

A) YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL BY CONFIRMING THE DETAIL OF YOUR RETURN / CHANGE WITH YOUR RETURN / CHANGE AUTHORIZATION CODE AND AN ARCHIVE ATTACHED TO THE TRANSPORTATION LABEL. PRINT EMAIL, PLEASE MAIL AND INSERT IT WITHIN THE PACKAGE TO RETURN.

B) ALSO PRINT THE TRANSPORT LABEL THAT WE HAVE SENT TO YOU IN A PDF FILE ATTACHED. THE TRANSPORTATION LABEL ALREADY INCLUDES THE ADDRESS OF RETURN TO OUR ALMANCES, AUTHORIZED TRACKING NUMBER AND THE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY (UPS) ASSIGNED BY NORDIKA'S.

C) ADHESE THE TRANSPORT LABEL TO THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, OR ENTRY IT TO THE TRANSPORTER AT YOUR PICK-UP. WE RECALL YOU THAT THE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE FOLLOWING 14 DAYS FROM THE RECEPTION OF THE RETURN CONFIRMATION.

D) THE ORDER TO COLLECT THE PACKAGE WILL BE GENERATED AUTOMATICALLY AT THE UPS OFFICE CORRESPONDING TO THE FOLLOWING DAY. THE REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE EFFECTIVE EVERY DAY AFTER THE RECEPTION AND VERIFICATION OF THE RETURN, NEVER WITHIN A TIME LATER THAN 30 DAYS. THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WILL BE CARRIED OUT AFTER INSPECTION BY OUR TECHNICIANS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE ITEM IN OUR STORES.
